How to Apply

Kirsten starts with the curved side facing towards the user, and coats lashes from the base  to create volume.

Turn to the flat side and use the formula play time to extend lashes (specially in the outer corners), separate and add extra lift to the tips. For bottom lashes, use the flat side.

How to Remove

For removal we recommend using an eye or bi-phased makeup remover like the Kjaer Weis Cleanser: Soak pad in remover and gently press against closed eyes for 30 seconds. Repeat as necessary. Rinse.

How to Refill

Remove the outer case from the inner refill tube. Clean and dispose of the inner tube and wand, which are made from recycled plastic and nylon. Take your new refill, recycle the red box and refill pulp, and slide into your empty outer case. Refill again, and again, and again.

Q:  What are the differences between your mascaras?

A:  All three of our mascaras are Certified Organic, but they have differences in impact to the lashes.  Our Lengthening Mascara lengthens and adds subtle definition to your eyelashes. Our Volumizing Mascara gives a natural volume and thickness to the lashes. For the most high-impact volume, we’d recommend our Im-Possible Mascara to beautifully transform your lashes with length and made-you-look volume.
Q:  How volumizing / lengthening is this mascara?

A: Im-Possible Mascara gives you the most impactful volume & length, while still looking like your lashes.  An ultra-nourishing and high performance formula, along with a dual-faceted brush gives you high-impact volume and length. We even put Im-Possible Mascara to the test. In a panel of 92 women, 95% agree lashes look more volumized, and 92% agree lashes appear visibly longer.
Q:  Will this flake/smudge throughout the day?

A: Im-Possible Mascara does not flake or smudge throughout the day. In testing, with a panel of 92 women, 95% agreed that our mascara does not flake.

Q:  Is Im-Possible Mascara vegan?

A:  Im-Possible Mascara does contain sustainably harvested and Certified Organic Beeswax, which we’ve found to be a great non-synthetic ingredient to provide volume and structure. Beeswax and Carnauba Wax are hard and soft waxes that we’ve perfectly balanced to create a beautiful, creamy texture for high-impact performance.

This means that over 95% of Im-Possible Mascara’s plant-based ingredients come from organic farming and over 20% of the entire formula is made out of organic ingredients. Ecocert is the largest international organization that certifies sustainable practices like organic farming by strictly auditing our raw material vendors, packaging, manufacturing practices and the Kjaer Weis team itself. Certified Organic products like Im-Possible Mascara are not only better for those who use them (ingredients are more pure and potent, containing more antioxidants than conventional farming ingredients; plus there’s no trace of pesticides or GMOs), but also ensures the respect of natural resources and biodiversity and fair labor and trade practices.
