DARKER SKIN TONES FOAM CLEANSER – 150 ml Shake well before use. Moisten your hands then apply 2 pumps of the foam in the palm of your hand and smooth it over your face in circular movements. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

DARKER SKIN TONES ENZYME CLEANSER – 75 g Pour the powder in the palm of your hand and add a little warm water to create a gentle foam. Smooth generously over your face and add more water to lather, then rinse it off with plenty of water.
BALANCING TONER – 150 ml After cleansing, pump the BALANCING TONER onto a cotton wool pad and gently wipe it over your face, neck and décolleté.
CLARIFYING MASK – 50 ml Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approx. 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.
CLARIFYING SERUM – 30 ml Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face by gently patting it into your skin.
CLARIFYING FACE CREAM – 50 ml Apply gently to your face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes.
CLARIFYING SPOT TREATMENT – 15 ml Use as the last step in your skincare regime. Apply at night, during the day or seamlessly under makeup, due to its clear formulation. Apply directly to the irritated area and pat in gently with your fingertips.
SKIN RECOVERY – Take two capsules a day with a glass of water at meal time, preferably in the morning or during the day. The DR. BARBARA STURM INSIDE supplements can be taken all together or individually.
